What your license permits
A paid, non-refunded Dating purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use and modify the included source code to build one end product for yourself or one client, including a commercial end product. Your team and contractors may work on that end product. You may distribute the compiled end product to its users.
Source-code restrictions
You may not resell, share, sublicense, or publish the template source, assets, or a substantially equivalent starter kit as a template or competing source-code product. A client handover is permitted for the single licensed end product, subject to these restrictions. A separate end product requires a separate license.
Third-party material
Flutter and third-party libraries, fonts, images, and services retain their own licenses and terms. Preserve required notices and obtain any third-party permissions or subscriptions needed for your use. The bundle README files describe setup and dependencies.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
You are responsible for configuring, testing, securing, and operating your end product and for the personal data it processes. The template does not include legal approval of a dating service. Nothing in this license excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. A refunded or reversed purchase terminates the template license.
